Summer Food Trucks Lineup Announced!

The revitalization and community involvement in the downtown area before and after infamous Hurricane Michael has been a top priority for Manuel & Thompson, P.A. Lately their newest endeavor has been Food Trucks of Summer. Every week Manuel & Thompson, P.A hosts a different food truck in the downtown area near the courthouse. The firm wants to encourage downtown movement and growth, support local business, and in the process give back. Each week there is an M&T Special, for each Special purchased Manuel & Thompson, P.A is donating $3.00 to the Gulf Coast Children’s Advocacy Center.

Gulf Coast Children’s Advocacy Center | Protecting Children and Strengthening Families in the Gulf Coast

Since March of 2000, Gulf Coast Children’s Advocacy Center has transformed the lives of victims of child abuse and sexual violence by offering a refuge for victims and their families to cope with the terrible crimes of child abuse and sexual assault while reducing the fear and further trauma that disclosure and investigation often creates. To protect and enhance the quality of life for victims of sexual violence and child abuse in our community by providing a trauma-sensitive, specialized approach to assess, identify, treat and prevent sexual assault and child abuse through the coordination of community resources.

This organization provides medical care, Psychosocial assessments, forensic interviews, therapy, child protection staffing, training, support through the courtroom process, family advocacy, criminal justice support, trauma support for adults and children, and much more.
